Booking Info/FAQ's

How to make a booking with Live Music Empire Ltd.

  • Submit a (non-obligational) Booking/Enquiry Form.
  • We reply with the full quote(s) for your event.
  • When you want to confirm the booking we will send you an event contract.
  • Check that your events details are correct.
  • You then digitally sign & return online, then send your deposit via BACS transfer to our Live Music Empire Ltd company account.
  • We collect and retain both 'Client' & 'Artist' contracts for you event.
  • We send your booking confirmation via post.
  • Your Artist(s) is booked for your event.
  • The Artist(s) will then contact you 3 weeks before the event, in order to re-confirm all of the events details and timings.
  • Your selected act/artist performs at your event.
